Organization Details

Additional Details

  • No additional project files.

Our team of Child Life Specialists help children through every aspect of care at CHOG. We help the patient not only understand their care but also provide a sense of normalcy while they are in the hospital either short or long term. Through one on one interactions we explain clinical care and/or procedures so patients understand why something needs to be done. With a background in Child Development, our Child Life certified staff is specially trained to help patients through any medical care- from getting an IV placed or preparing for a surgical procedure.

We are seeking voluteers to create carnival games for use at our Summer Camp programs (please contact us and we can talk through our needs prior to starting this project).
