The Georgia War Veterans Nursing Home is one of two skilled nursing care homes for eligible war veterans located in Georgia. The primary mission of the home is to provide high quality skilled nursing care to veterans while seeking to improve their quality of life and overall health.
Georgia War Veterans Nursing Home is thrilled to invite our AU family to join us in bringing back an oldie but goodie event that has historically been great fun for both our Veterans and volunteers. Day of Service BINGO! This will be a two path project with our volunteers either doing prize drives or providing event assistance. The more prizes we have the greater the winnings for our Veterans. Event assistance would include assisting our Veterans in keeping up with marking their cards and/or distributing the prizes at the end of the event. For the safety of our Veterans and volunteers we will have limited spaces available for in person assistance
