Over 5 million people nationwide are living with Alzheimer’s Disease. Unfortunately today we have no cure, no prevention and no way to slow it’s progression. At the Alzheimer’s Association, it’s our goal to change that. Join us for our annual Walk to End Alzheimer’s as we raise awareness, celebrate life, and work towards a cure. As a volunteer, you’ll be asked to help cheer on teams at one of our many cheer stations, hand out refreshments at water stops along the path, and encourage others to get involved through the giving out of information and helping us find new volunteers and community partners at the event. The work is easy, the event is a ton of fun, and best of all you will be making a difference for people right here in our community.
