The mission of SafeHomes is to transform victims of domestic violence into survivors.
Virtual: Hosting a donation drive is the most impactful opportunity one can do for SafeHomes. We thrive off of donations as sometimes we have clients that come to us with nothing but the clothes they are wearing. Our community has helped provide hygiene products, food, clothing, furniture, and more to our clients to use while they are here and when they leave. Our needs change frequently, so be sure to reach out to see what our current needs are!
Virtual: Donation Drive
In Person: Our storage facility, that we hold all donations in, can be a little over whelming! With the help of volunteers, it becomes a bit more manageable. Helping sort through clothes, put donations away, and hang the clothing up is a HUGE help. The facility is located off site, but a release of responsibility and confidentiality pledge must be signed due to the nature of our organizaiton.
